Transferring shares to another person

Hi guys I'm aware that you can transfer shares to another person but from what I've read the process seems quite complex is it hard to do?

Does anyone have a good article I can read on trasferring shares to another person?

Say for example I hold shares in my hargreaves lansdown share dealing account how do I transfer them to my brothers hargreaves lansdown account?
