Error on PayPal address

I made an error on my listing for the PayPal payment, just added extra co.uk's but obviously payments are in limbo.

I can't find how to change this on the invoice. Any ideas please anyone?

  • The easiest thing, is to add the incorrect 'typo' address to your paypal account.

  • No problem, would you report back here to say if it works or not?
  • I had this problem today as well, with the wrong email address for Paypal. You cannot just add the wrong email address to your Paypal as they send verification emails to that address' inbox for confirmation.

I rang Ebay (as my listing had not ended, hoping that they would be able to change it - they said that they couldn't alter it for me) and they said once the item had sold to then send the buyer a Paypal invoice instead of an Ebay invoice, and to reassure the buyer that they will still have buyer protection.

As above the email must be capable of being 'obtained' otherwise the seller cannot add the email to their paypal ID as it cannot be confirmed.
