Dust cap, protective, fallen off somewhere

Hello, I got some good advice last time so I've come again please. Just found a small round piece of rubber in passenger footwell in my car. Upon closer inspection it had some writing on it. 33590-07001. It looks like its dropped off something, so I asked Dr Google and it comes back with some results of part lists and states is this a "dust cap, protective" I even found the schematics for it on a German website, exact same writing and logo here:

I seem to have the bit on the right, so I'm wondering what has it fallen off and is it a problem? Bare in mind I found this inside the car, passenger's front footwell.
Any answers greatly appreciated, thank you. Car is Kia Venga 10 pleate.

Its a standard grommet they fit to tons of cars. Maybe where they threaded a wire for your spec of car the basic model didnt have.
