I was involved in a car crash a few days back now where a man cut across out of a lane and partially into mine around a island. He then immediately had to stop because of lights on the island. Roundabout, lane changing, dispute in liability, no witness = 50/50 all day long.
Both parties will lose 2 years NCD (unless protected) and will be refunded 50% of xs, if they have any.
