A reminder following the recent budget, as this bit of info' seemed to 'slip under the radar' in a lot of the press coverage!
For anyone with brand new cars on order, the DVLA First Reg' Fee increases for all cars registered on or after 1st May, from the current £38 to £50. This will affect any quote issued or car ordered where delivery is due after 30th April. All UK dealers will have to apply this legislative change when you come to pay your final balance.

Poor dealers!!
When i worked in car rental people used to go mad about paying £1.25p per day road fund tax although it was clearly on all paperwork.....Debt free May 2016 (without the support of MSE forum users that would never have been possible - thank you all)0
