How much for a replacement R/C/L key?

Does anyone know how much a replacement remote central locking key would cost for a 2001 focus diesel?
I know the dealers would probably charge around £200 to £300 but wondered if there was a possibility of another place doing it cheaper?
I wouldn't mind paying up to £100 but above that seems criminal for something so simple (i.e.. key [£5 to £10] + chip [£10 to £30] + programming [its a basic IT service so not that expensive and takes a few minutes] = £50 to £100 max).
Or is this something only the dealers can do?

Have a look around for adverts locally for "Mileage Correction" or "Dashfixers" as these guys seem to have bought all of the gear to do even complex keys nowadays.0
