Well done! Its a fab feeling isn't it!:Tcarrielovesfanta wrote: »
However, as of today, cc number 1 has been wiped clean! It is £0! :T So happy right now and itching to have a go at the bcard now.
I haven't posted much this week - been snowed under at work which was good in a way as I haven't spent very much at all. Took packed lunches every day and didn't go far in the evenings so quite a frugal week.
Today has been busy again - had to work this morning at an open day for the yr 6s to show them what big school is like - no extra pay though:(
Little things for today...- Made a shopping list
- Done the food shopping at Aldi and B&M - total spend of £15.81 including shampoo, conditioner, handwash, face cream and cans of pop for the week. (Only really needed F&V otherwise)
- Bought the dog a bargain pac-a-mac from Pets at Home reduced to £3 to try to keep him a bit drier in the yukky weather we now seem stuck in
- Walked dog 3 times locally
- Cleaned the house from top to bottom
- Made lunch and tea from bits in the freezer and an extra portion for tea on Monday after a long day at work
- Staying in tonight and having a nice bath and watching a film on Sky BoxOffice (£3.49, cheaper than going out or to the cinema)
- Checked the bank
0 -
and my list is as follows:-
- 4 loads of washing all within economy7 time and dried on the line (nice and sunny here today and got 2 done so fingers crossed for tomorrow) - half done
- food shop week after doing a menu plan - spent the grand total of 24 quid and should only need to top up milk during the week - done
- checked bank - done
- noted down due dates for dd on cc's - done
- looked at ebay seller fees to start selling via our business - done and decided to give it a go
- started making a list of stuff that I can sell personally via ebay - stuff i no longer use/ doesnt fit and so on - in progress
- done some home based job (waiting for Monday really to start earning again as already hit target for this month)
- do some promotional work tomorrow for our business
- mega tidy up needed - this will be most of Sunday (I know how to live uh?

Morning,
carrielovesfanta I love free entertainment from bird-watching!
Yesterday we cleaned everything in the sitting room and bedroom that we're taking to our new home and discovered quite a lot of mildew that had crept up on us. Spend ages irradicating it. I can't bear the thought of our friend helping us move and lifting up something filthy!
Today I will:
#Go to work even though I'm really not in the mood. It's horrid weather out there and there's gonna be a mountain of work waiting. Going to need to tell myself I'm lucky to have a job and it'll soon be hometime. Done.
#Do some sewing.
#Watch DVDs from the back of the cupboard I forgot I owned. Done.
#Deep clean the cooker without expensive shop bought products. ie with bicarb, vinegar, toothpicks, hot water and lemon juice. Felt inspired by this tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qKtSKRS-Cl4 Done.
#Cleaned oven shelves by soaking in hot water and washing powder. Amazing! Done.
#Charge mobile away from home. Done.
#Read papers online. Done.
#Stop using kitchen roll and start using blue roll which goes further and is cheaper. Done.Debt-free day: 8th May 2015 "Remember that sometimes not getting what you want is a wonderful stroke of luck," Dalai Llama0 -

* all meals from stores - leftover chilli as we had a takeaway last night
* [STRIKE]going to find a pattern for my sewing group and some material or some practice material in a minute[/STRIKE] got genuine matterial so can't make any mistakes

Well, yet another hectic week at work - unfortunately, I made a real idiot of myself on Friday and got upset over the amount of work
I hate getting upset...I feel so unprofessional.....anyhow, I was glad to get home on Friday evening.....hubby was a star and actually sent me to bed as I was so tired :T
So I am glad it is Sunday afternoon and I have a couple of hours to relax.
This weekend I have/will:- Counted change bottle and updated sig
- Set up savings account on natwest bill payment so I can make odd payments and regular monthly payments towards aat fund
- Set up new budget spreadsheet
- Watching bits n bobs on sky box
- Aim to have 25 nsd's this month (not including bills such as travel etc) - I am a bit poor this month and I am very determined to only spend £10 this month - the remainder will go towards aat fund

- Hubby bought me breakfast this morning - ms as I've not had lunch
- Doing about 5 hours of aat homework as this years course is so fast paced
- Need to make breakfast and lunch for tomorrow
- Need to shower and have an early night
- Need to type up college notes to print off at work
- I've paid my aat subscription on my rewards credit card so that's money toward my aa cover
Love to you all
