I signed up for one online a while ago and the card never turned up. However the other day I filled in the form at the store and posted it into the drop box. That way you can use the attached plastic card immediately. Free coffee and also a pound off the salmon meal at the Croydon restaurent.
Despite being called a family card my girlfriend and I resisted the urge to 'make up' some little ones.

The online sign up that was there a while ago wasnt actually for the card, it was just to inform you when the offer went live online.
Only recently has this been available onlineJames thinks worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it doesn't get you anywhere

By the way, just to let people know, (if you're someone who doesn't like nosey forms) on the start page you don't have to enter any telephone numbers. I just put n/a and it was ok. Also on the second page, you don't need to add any additional info - if you don't, it just says, info updated.
Thanks to the OP for this, a friend kindly drove me to Ikea last week and we got free coffee when she showed her card (and I wanted to apply for one).
