  • Hi MeGuinness - surprised no-one has answered this by now so I'll wade in ....

I had dealings with Barclaycard recently and their correspondence for PPI came from the following address:

    Barclaycard
    Customer Relations Department
    PO Box 9131
    51 Saffron Road
    Leicester
    LE18 9DE

    Hope this helps.
  • thanx, did u had any luck in reclaiming ppi ?
  • No... my query was with Egg who are now owned by Barclaycard - it took from June 7th to 28th August to receive a reply wich was well outside the 8 weeks allowed only to be told 'no but if I can provide a copy of the policy they will re-open the case'!! .....

I was successful reclaiming PPI from my loan though as it was a 'pre-ticked' box on the application.

    wishing you lots of luck.
  • Stage one complete lol

Nothing in that agreement aids in any complaint about anything. Why did you request it?

Yes. You dont need the agreement. Just go straight to complaint giving your reasons.

That applies to loans. Credit card PPI is not required to appear in the agreement and indeed, most credit card PPI sales are made after the card is taken out. Typically over the phone.
