All entries must be received by midnight on Monday, October 29, 2012. 5. The winner will be notified within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

7. One entrant will win a seven night skiing holiday for two to Brand in the Brandnertal region of Austria. The prize includes return economy class flights to Innsbruck with Monarch Airlines; return private transfers between the airport and the hotel; seven nights accommodation in the Hotel Walliserhof, Brand, based on two people sharing a twin or double room; breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant each morning; ski, ski boot and ski pole hire for the winner and their guest for six days; lift passes for the Brandnertal region; and travel insurance with winter sports cover.
8. Flights will depart from the nearest airport to the winner’s home, which services Monarch Airlines flights to Innsbruck. A refundable deposit may be required for ski equipment hire and ski passes.
9. The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the airport, ski suits, skiing lessons, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned.
10. The prize must be taken by March 29, 2013 and excludes December 17, 2012 to January 4, 2013, and school holidays. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
11. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
