Failed work probation, oh dear. what next

Well after being made redundant and on JSA for 6 months I blagged a job and relieved to be back in the working world. I was out of my league but tying so hard I could cry, anyway after the 3 month probation period it was decided that I wasn't picking it up as quickly as expected but there would be another month probation. One month later, and I have been handed "follow up letter" and we are having a meeting on Monday. It is obvious by the letter I am going to be out of work (really obvious) and we are just going through the motions. If I didn't know it was about myself I would actually question if this person was capable of putting one foot in front of the other. One of the pointers was that I needed constant supervision. I thought the wording was somewhat misleading, I don't have somebody standing over me all the time but yes if I am unsure about something I ask questions. I want to come out of the meeting with some dignity and also my concern is that if I try to sign on JSA will I be deemed as walking out of a job and not being eligible? Any advice would be appreciated. I really gave it my best shot.
