Does anyone know if these free directory enquiries services would still charge the ludicrously expensive rates when you are offered to be 'put through'? It's these which are swindling my mum.0 -
I stated my mum has mental health issues and does not always think logically like that. Rather than ring me all the time for numbers when I'm not available, or write down the number herself - when the number is usually given automated unsurprisingly - it is easier to just be put through as suggested by the money hungry operator's customer service rep.
The company is not NHS they are a communications company, so whilst my post may lack empathy, it contains common sense and logic, family look after family, and as you know with easy services , there is a premium charge, can't have it both ways.0 -
I don't believe that it covers the call completion. It is purely for people to obtain a number who are unable to use printed directories or the internet to find itThanks!
