Setting up Santander 123 Credit Card on 'Yorkshire Bldg Soc' Money Manager'

To 'Add' the Santander 123 credit card to the Money Manager on the Yorkshire Building Society web site, you are asked for
1. Username
2. Password (case sensitive)
3. Credit Card Number (not a problem)
4. Internet ID
5. Security Number (this is the 'Passcode (5 digit number - so not a problem)
Santander don't call the above security items by these names. They refer to them as
A. Personal ID
B. Registration number
C. Passcode (5 digit number) - Obviously C relates to 5. above
Q. My problem is in relating numbers 1., 2. and 4. above to what Santander call them in A. and B. Can anyone help?
Also...
Q. What are the differences between 'Username' and 'Internet ID and 'Personal ID' and 'Registration number'? Can anyone help here?
There are also other items required by Santander for security purposes but the YBS' MM doesn't ask about these. They are for example, such things as:
image, phrase, school, mum's middle name, maternal grandfather's name. As I've said, none of these things are asked for in the Money Manager.
Note: This used to be the old Egg Money Manager
