Right, I'll try and provide a constructive response.
The Bank should have a website with details of their complaints procedure. This should include a telephone number and an address.
Write to the address - give them all the information you want, send the letter by signed for mail. Expect an acknowledgement within 7/10 days, a further reply in 2/3 weeks and (depending upon the complexity of your query) maybe a fuller reply in up to 8 weeks.
From the very limited info you have provided this doesn't sound like the sort of thing that can be responded to on the phone.Gwlad heb iaith, gwlad heb galon0
