Conservatory insulation

I noticed an advert in a national paper regarding conservatory insulation. I have surfed the web and there seems to be a number of companies advertising their services. Is there any advice anyone can give me as to whether this really reduces heat loss in winter and is cool in summer and also how do I know that the work is done properly? Is there anything I should be aware of, such as condensation or fire retardant properties? Any help would be welcomed. Thank you.:j
