Drop them round and I'll let you know. :D
Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?

They should be perfectly ok - it will be a 'best before' date not a 'use by' date. Just indicates you should have eaten them sooner ;)

I wouldn't blink - I am currently eating some 2011 ones, or are they 2010?

  • Eat them!
I am drinking instant coffee that I bought 4 or 5 years ago. :j
  • We've just finished a box of After Eights, best before 05/2012.They tasted a bit funny but we are still here.
Ours was in the cupboard next to the cooker. You can
    only try.:)
  • I would eat them; however if you're a bit of a chocolate coinneseur (sp?) like I am you may notice they taste a bit stale and past their best. I even find this with chocolate a couple of months before the 'best before' (often I think some chocolate tastes a bit stale and then turn over the bar and lo and behold its getting close to expiry) xx
