judicial review.

Due to failings with the tribunals service handling my tribunal for DLA, I wish to instigate a judicial review.
I am aware this is an extreme step, and would not likely normally succeed, but the errors made by both the first, and upper tier tribunals amount to 'Wednesday unreasonableness' (issues about adequacy of statements of reasons, and not taking evidence into account.)
As understand it, legal aid may be possible in some circumstances ( and I would pass any means test).
But how do I find someone appropriate to take this on?
Anyone done this?

I would start with your local welfare organisation (not CAB), try Googling "welfare rights" with either your town of county.
I suspect you will need a lawyer with welfare benefits experience, many claim this, but few actually have the experience, I'm hopng your local org might know one.
The other thing to have a look at is Rightsnet, you won't be able to post, but there may be some links or a thread on this subject.0 -
Really not sure.. all I can recommend is Law Society search http://www.lawsociety.org.uk/find-a-solicitor/?view=solsearch#formtop
Be interesting to see how you get on if you can take this forward."Do not attribute to conspiracy what can adequately be explained by incompetence" - rogerblack0
