Hi
I had a bid on a table, chairs and sideboard. Starting price was £100 (my bid) and I was willing to go up to £250. It was due to end tomorrow.
Just had a message from Ebay to say my bid has been cancelled.
Had a look and it has been cancelled, relisted and sold for £125. I had been in comms with the seller to so they knew how keen I was to win it!
Can they do this.... I am gutted and annoyed .
Thanks for any replies in advance

Can they do this
Yes.
The items belonged to the seller, and as such, they have the legal right to decide what to do with them.
All you did was to make an offer to buy, an offer which they declined to accept.0
