TLC-Direct. Excellent after service.

I've used TLC on and off for a few bits and pieces over the years. Their prices have always been reasonable and their stuff is good quality. The last time I bought from them was around 2 years ago and the order was for kitchen under cabinet lights.

I'd mislaid a power cord for one of these lights and phoned them to see if I was able to buy a replacement.

Unfortunately the light and cord come in one set package from the manufacturer and the cord can't be bought seperately.

However, the kind chap I spoke to said to leave it with him and he'd see if there was anything he could do. Sure enough he called back to say he's been able to locate a power cord and he was sending it out to me free of charge.

So Brownie points to TLC for going the extra mile to help out a customer who hasn't even bought from them in a while. They can be sure they will have my future business though.
