Posting back clothes to company

I never thought twice about this before but when I return clothes to ASOS under their free returns it's just a freepost label.
As most of the things I buy are above £46 (although I'm not sure if that's applicable here) am I covered if anything gets lost and if I'm not is there anything I should do to make sure I am?

According to the Ts &Cs on their website, their returns lable is tracked post, so I think this might have more covereage.
Probs best to give CS a call if you're unsure.0 -
