What address for HSBC for reclaiming bank charges?

Hi Guys,

Hope you are all well.

I wondered if anyone would be able to let me know the address of where to send the letter and list of charges to HSBC as i'm all confused with all the addresses and dont want to send it to the wrong address!!!

I have all my statements already and what i would like to reclaim.

So i take it i dont need to send the tenner in as well now?

Do i send my covering letter explaining why i am trying to reclaim on hardship and the statements to that address or to Canada Square?

Whoops, sorry, I misread your original post.

If you now wish to complain about any charges applied, you should follow the HSBC complaints procedure.
