It's a disgrace actually, the ppcs were piping on about keeper liability being good for them, yet they are allowed to misrepresent themselves until then so possibly increasing their takings with this. But as we all know this so called independent popla is a massive red herring. Not laughing any more are you Mr PPC ?Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
