No, I haven't seen that. Thanks.

It's a disgrace actually, the ppcs were piping on about keeper liability being good for them, yet they are allowed to misrepresent themselves until then so possibly increasing their takings with this. But as we all know this so called independent popla is a massive red herring. Not laughing any more are you Mr PPC ?
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Guess you haven't seen the bpa new cop that allows companies that clamp and ticket on their signs until march 2013 to do a change then ?the only ones that must be taken down by Monday is the purely clamping ones
I missed that, where was it?

It's there somewhere, I can't link to it on my phone , but if you have read their new cop it mentions this

  • ""Where immobilisation is used and there is no lawful
authority, but other types of enforcement are in use already
(for example ticketing, ANPR) signs must be changed by
    1 April 2013.""

So whilst clamping is banned the threat on the sign can stay till next year, Not good enough.
