Claiming on home insurance

Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place for this but hopefully somebody can help. I've developed a leak in a waste pipe from the bath in my bathroom and have been told that in order to get to the leak the plumber will have to remove, and probably destroy the casing around my toilet and surrounding wall tiles. My home insurance company say that they will cover the cost of replacing the tiles and the toilet casing but that matching items are not covered. She did say, however, that if they replaced some tiles that they would do them all. The bathroom is pretty old so there's no way they'll find matching replacement items for the toilet and casing, how far can I take this claim? I suspect we'll end up with a new bathroom anyway, just wondering how much I'll be likely to claim and how much I'll have to pay for.
Thanks!
