    Only on discounts of FVFs if you are Top Rated Seller too. I don't think buyers can see if you are a Power Seller any more.

    Unless it's changed recently it is the equivalent to silver power seller and above. Basic power seller is what used to be bronze.

    It's only TRS that really matters as far as boosts in search go.

    Unfortunately the discount is still the same miserly 10% off FVFs until you get up to the old Gold level.
