Can someone help please
I have a virus on my computer that loads a very good replica of 2 of my credit cards website. I know it was not the real site as it was asking for all my details and not random numbers/letters
I ran Microsoft Essential and it found the Exploit:Java virus which it said it removed. I also disable my Java and removed all my old versions and downloaded the new one.
Barclaycard called to say they have detected a virus on my computer that was trying to access my Credit Card details. Well thanks for that.
The only problem I have is that when I have gone to the Barclaycard website it's still showing the phising website even thro that my Anti-Virus is saying it's all been removed.
Please help!

If your PC has been compromised in such a way then you should consider restoring/re-installing the operating system.
Otherwise post the logs from these:
Download DDS from the link below and save it to your desktop:
Link
After you've downloaded it and saved it to your desktop:- Double click DDS to run it.
- When it's finished, DDS will open two logs:
- DDS.txt
- Attach.txt
Copy & paste the contents of just DDS.txt for now and post it here (you may need to split the log over separate posts)
Download aswMBR and save it to your Desktop.
http://public.avast.com/~gmerek/aswMBR.exe- Double click aswMBR.exe (XP) or right click & choose "Run as Administrator" to run it (Vista, Win 7).
- Click YES if prompted to download Avast virus definitions
- When the virus definitions have downloaded, click the Scan button.
- Wait till the scan reports "Scan finished successfully"
- Click Save log & save the log to your desktop.
- Click OK
- Two files will be created, aswMBR.txt & a file named MBR.dat
- Click EXIT.
- Copy & Paste the contents of aswMBR.txt into your next reply.
I'm going out for an hour or so but will take a look when I get in.0 -
Thanks. Will start now0

I'm not sure you've uploaded the correct file there: phoenix[1].xml?
https://www.virustotal.com/file/5da11b411db243b77f83480c3e54328ae1bd503f5d7145766e6d6cc9fb4095db/analysis/
I'd be pretty sure it's bad anyhow - you shouldn't have .exe's autoloading from that location.
Go here and read through the instructions for downloading and running ComboFix:
Bleeping Computer ComboFix Tutorial- IMPORTANT! Ensure you temporarily turn off Microsoft Security Essentials before running. Instructions here
- Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts closely.
- It may reboot your computer - possibly several times. When it's finished, it'll produce a log. Post the contents of that log.
- It'll be found on your C:\ drive named combofix.txt

I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0
