Only one entry per person allowed and each unique e-mail address qualifies as a single entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted. 3. All entries must be received by midnight on 31st October 2012.
4. Prize winner/s will be notified within 5 days of the closing date. The names and home county of the prize winners will be made available after the closing date to those enclosing a SAE to the draw address in an envelope marked “Citybreaks Sheffield”.
5.Subject to availability. The prize includes; 2 nights B&B for 2 people sharing a room at the Double Tree by Hilton, tickets to a show at either the Crucible or Lyceum theatre, 18 holes of golf (up to 2 people) at specified golf course, complimentary transport between hotel and theatre, complimentary Supertram tickets, complimentary entry tickets to city attractions. Transport and expenses are not included in the prize unless otherwise stated. Prize must be taken before the end of 2012. Not transferable. [FONT="]. [/FONT][FONT="]The prize must include a Saturday night.[/FONT]
