Looking through the latest edition of car mechanics magazine.it list some of the new rules for mot tests and it says the speedo is now part of the mot test.In particular it says if the screen to the dials is cracked or missing it will fail,mine is missing can anyone confirm if this is correct please??

Yes unfortunatly as it could mean the speedo has been tampered with0
