In WRAG but have just received another form from ATOS

Hi, I won my appeal for ESA in March of this year and was placed in the WRAG group ... today I received another form from ATOS ... Does anybody know how likely it is that they will declare me fit for work again? I'm feeling anxious about ti already :(

From reading other posts on here it appears that the whole thing is a merry go-round. No sooner have people won their appeals then ATOS are immediately on their cases again.
  • I honestly felt physically sick when I opened the letter... I can't bear the thought of going through it all again.

The whole ethos of the Welfare Reform Bill is that claimants will face regular reasessments. The length of ESA award can vary from 3 months to 3 years.
  • As above... reassessment can be ordered at any time really.. but most commonly will fall in range 6-12 months. Make sure you complete the ESA50 as fully as possible and get any supporting medical evidence in with it. Focus on the descriptors and I'd be tempted to stick your results slip from tribunal in too. What you're trying to do is reduce the chances of them requiring a face to face medical and reduce the chances of them making a fit for work decision. Good luck!
