Help with Business banking charges?

Good afternoon all,
I set up a company about a year ago, dealing with LPG gas. I have one supplier and when they used to deliver i used to pay the amount they delivered straight into their bank account, pretty much straight forward.
Now about three months ago, they said they would be changing this and I would need to pay into my business account and they would take the money from there into there account.
The problem I am having is I am depositing between fifty to sixty grand a month into my account and Sandanter are charging me to count the money, I was charged £162.00 in bank charges last month and my profit margins are really low as it stands without the bank charges.
I have installed an credit and debit card machine at my premises but most of my customers pay cash.
is there anyone that can help me with this matter?

I have already tried, but 95% of my customers are taxi drivers, and they get paid in cash so they want to pay me in cash.
I was thinking more of the lines of changing banks or do they all charge the same rates?0 -
With that volume of cash, I don't think you can avoid charges, just compare who would be the cheapest and move to them.
Or increase your profit margin to cover the costs of doing business?
