Car insurance - do I need to prove 15 years of no claims?
Comments

The last NCD confirmation I had from Admiral stated 14 years. I sent this to my current insurer, and when I have completed this year I expect a NCD confirmation stating 15 years.
If they send me one with 5 years I will be giving them the riot act on the phone.0 -
I am getting so upset with this, it seems like the price changes every time I call them.
I've gone back through the 7 years of documents I keep and on each one the maximum is 10 years so I've no way of prooving I have over 15.
The first quote was for 246 with 15 years through confused.com, when I called up to accept that they told me about the 10 years and that I'd have to pay 264. In the time it took me to go and check my documents and call them back, that price has now gone up to 275. I am truly near tears here, it seems they can just pick a number. I'm a really careful driver and I've never had an accident.0
