There seem to be a lot of NI MSE members complaining of being excluded from car competitions so let me put a smile on your face
Although it states a £5 minimum spend there is a postal route as well where purchase is not necessary, if somone would be kind enough to add this to postals thread that would be great.

2.2 How to enter
Preference will not be given over entry routes as stated below.
(a) Transaction based entries - Branded envelope entry forms will be issued with a total minimum in store spend of £5.00 or more per transaction (excluding Fuel, Top Ups, cash-back, stamps, coupon/voucher spend, Lottery, infant formula, Tobacco). Branded envelope entry forms gained through this route are to be completed and sealed with your original till receipt inside the envelope and posted in entry boxes provided within Mace stores throughout Northern Ireland. Strictly one entry per transaction, but multiple entries can be made in one month if more than one £5.00 transaction is proven.
(b) No Purchase necessary – to enter without making a purchase, customers may send their name and address on a plain piece of paper directly to Musgrave Retail Partners NI, Belfast Harbour Estate, 1-19 Dargan Drive, Belfast BT3 9JG. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Limited to one No Purchase Necessary entry per household per week.


2.5 There is one prize each month from June –December 2012 of a Kia Picanto 3 door, 1 Litre petrol model with no modifications (Colour options; Clear White, Bright Silver (Metallic)Galaxy Black (Metallic) with 7 year warranty & free Road tax for the first year. Insurance
of the vehicles will not be provided and is the responsibility of the prize winners. No cash alternative is available in whole or in part, except, in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, the promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, winners are not allowed to transfer the right to take up the prize to anyone else.
