i have just received the letter saying barclays will pay me the £4100 i was taking them to court for!! they have backed down mucxh sooner than i thought, my court bundle was due in next friday!!
i know this should be on the charges forum but the money is going to pay off my credit card. what do you think of this plan.........
will pay off the £2500 credit card :j :j put £1000 in an account and start saving as i will need a new car this year (it will be the first time i have EVER bought one without a loan) the o/d is coming down nicely and i will continue with this and £500 will go towards our hols
the overdraft doesnt cost me anything so i thought it would be nice to watch some savings grow whilst the o/d is coming down
i have been umming and arring what to do so i thought i would ask the experts
i am soooooo pleased :j :j
the only otherthing will be a donation to the CAG website as i wouldnt have done it without them :T

Fab news and a very good plan.
I submitted my AQ for my Barclays claim for a similar amount to you about 10 days ago but so far have heard nothing.
Here's hoping I get the same result as you.

Hi Mate dont mean to dampen your spirits but a lot of people are saying their accounts are being closed after they have a successful claim. This would mean they will ask for the o/d back, and because o/d are payable on demand they have a right to. Get your self another account and be prepared to pay of the o/d witht he winnings.Fluid Innovation Ltd0
