Odd one. What would you do?

Sold 4 items to a buyer in Norway. I combined and sent an invoice. Half hour later they paid, but they had paid for just 2 items and the other 2 were now showing as separate sales in eBay. (had this happen on 3 combined orders on the same day)

I contacted the buyer to advise this had happened. No reply. Now it has reached the point where I can open a dispute on the 2 non paid for items.

I'm bit worried if I open the claim, the buyer will get a bit arsey and leave a Negative . Which could be up to 3 (if he pays for the other 2), since the 4 items have broken up it in 3 orders.

So far I have sent 2 message to ask what he wants to do, but no reply as of yet.

Have you sent the items they have paid for?

I have indeed. I delayed the despatch by 1 day to see if they paid for the other 2 items
