Well, the standard web browser on the iPad is Safari, so on the assumption you haven't changed that, have you tried a Google for
"safari autofill settings" ...?0 -

You need to type in your details at settings. When filling in forms you will see an autofill option on the keyboard. Choose that and it works quite well.
