URGENT - Appliance Insurance

I am currently renting out my property and the washer / dryer has started to play up to the point of me requiring an engineer. Does anybody know if I can get some kitchen appliance insurance to cover from this that will take effect immediately without a cooling off period before I can claim?
Thanks

You cannot buy any insurance to cover the existing problems.
You can look to get appliance warranty for future issues but you will need to ensure it is suitable for landlords and very much check what happens if it is uneconomical to repair - some policies are not new for old and so you only get the second hand value of the item0 -
