Washing Machine Issues

I've got a Candy CNW136 washer dryer and the other day it didn't drain the water out.
I have taken the front drain plug out and emptied it manually, then tried a cycle to see if it would work from there. The door locks like normal but then nothing.
I then took it to bits to check there was nothing stuck in the drain pipe (other than 52p which has now been removed). Put it all back together and again tried to select a program and still nothing. Does it think it's still full of water and doesn't want to go? or is this terminal?

Have you tried switching it off at the wall socket for a few seconds?
Might re-set it.0 -
Could be a float sensor stuck?
try squeezing some of the rubber pipes to unstick it...if accessible.0
