CS Healthcare: In debt and won't pay!!

Hi,
I have had medical insurance for the last 2 years with a company called CS Healthcare: I am thoroughly frustrated with them and need to know whether I should leave them now before things get any worse?
They sent me a letter stating they were in debt but would honour any claims - and yet, I have recently tried to claim and they were not very nice to me whatsoever. Is this connected? Have they always been awkward?
I have a minor issue and think I need to move but will anyone else cover me?
If anybody has any info - please let me know as I would rather leave them but I also want the cover,
many thanks

Brilliantly vague,
If you do move, you will lose the cover. Personally, unless its cancer or a heart condition I would move anyway. They are going down the pan.
CS are in the poopoo - bin them.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

How do you know this?
They have always been great for my family and I. All our claims have been settled quickly and without any fuss.
I'm guessing the OP has had a claim denied for some reason?
Claimants have always need to gain pre-authorisation BEFORE any treatment commences. Not a problem as it only takes a phone call....
Funnily enough, only had a letter yesterday settling our latest claim and no mention in the letter of any debts - why on earth would they write and tell the OP?? Doesn't sound pukka to me.0 -

Oh my, you are out of the loop. Every CS policy holder received their agm results this year (serious poopoo).
With regards to you 'guessing' the OPs circumstances - you really should stick to the facts (like your own health insurance).
Not pukka at all:mad:Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Well they've just paid my claims.........no problems there at all.
Still wondering why the OP should have received such a letter?0 -

Because all policy holders are members...if you haven't received yours, ask for it.:jHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
