Hi
If you contact brasher customer services on 0191 516 5780 we will be more than happy to help
Thanks
Of course I contacted Brasher who advised me to return the boots to the retailer for inspection. I was given a refund despite requesting repair or replacement as per the Brasher warranty. I stated that I did not want a refund but Littlewoods.com would not return the boots to me but issued a Refund of £49 - a new pair of boots will cost me more than twice the amount refunded.
Brasher didn't honour their warranty and Littlewoods.com didn't listen to their customer and forward the boots for inspection or return them to me.
I have spent a lot of my time on the phone and sending emails following the correct procedure, but the guarantee has not been honoured - REPAIR or REPLACE:hello:0 -
From this thread on the consumer rights board, I think its mainly Littlewoods who should bare the blame rather than Brasher. As suggested there, Littlewoods have possibly lost them. Brasher cannot forfill the warranty if the boots do not reach them0

The Brasher warranty is repair or replace, I followed Brasher's instructions and returned them to the retailer who should have sent them on to Brasher for inspection. They didn't and simply processed a refund of £49. Littlewoods.com and Brasher have both failed.:hello:0

Brasher told me to return them to Littlewoods and not to them, I wanted to send them direct. I did send Brasher a photo of the unwearable boot. They offered me a new pair of boots for £100, that's £51 more than I paid.:hello:0
