Trespass have teamed up with Tourism British Columbia and Crystal Ski to give one lucky winner a dream ski holiday to Panorama Mountain Village in the Canadian Rockies.

Prize includes:
- 2 return economy flights from London Gatwick to Calgary
- Return airport transfers to and from Panorama Mountain Village
- 7 nights self-catering in a one bedroom condo at the Upper Village Condos
- 6-day Panorama Area ski passes for 2

Terms and Conditions:

1.By entering this competition entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
2.Please note the following terms and conditions relate to the prize draw to ‘Ski BC with Trespass!”
3.Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
4.The prize draw is open to residents of the UK, except employees of Trespass, Tourism British Columbia, Crystal Ski, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition.
5.Entries are to be submitted by completing the registration form on Facebook
6.Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.
7.Only one entry per household.
8.The closing date for receipt of entries is 31/10/2012.
9.The winner will be selected in a random draw by Trespass. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, Trespass reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
10.The winner’s details can be obtained by sending an SAE to Marketing Department, Jacobs & Turner Ltd (Trespass), Vermont House, 149 Vermont Street, Kinning Park, Glasgow, G41 1LU.
11.The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12.The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.
13.It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports and visas and are legally entitled to travel. Travel and medical insurance are also the winner’s responsibility.

15.The prize is subject to availability and valid on departures on the following dates only: 14th and 19th December 2012, 9th, 12th, 16th, 19th and 23rd January 2013, 20th March 2013 and 3rd and 6th April 2013
16.The prize excludes: (a) Any form of travel or medical insurance. (b) Any accommodation extras (e.g. telephone, mini-bar, room service, meals etc) (c) Travel to and from airports (d) Any personal expenses and spending money
17.Prize is subject to Air Transat and Crystal Ski standard terms and conditions
18.The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes, if requested.
19.By ticking the relevant opt in boxes; entrants agree to receive offers and further information from the relevant party by post and/or email.
20.In the event of unforeseen circumstances Tourism British Columbia and Crystal Ski reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
21.No responsibility will be accepted by Trespass for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
