Paypal reviewing withdrawal?

Never had this before and I;ve been using Paypal for quite a while and am verified etc,

I went to withdraw some money that has been sitting in my account for a while and I got the following.

For security reasons, we've had to delay your withdrawal request while we review it.

Your withdrawal request will be under review for up to 21 hours. After our review is complete, PayPal will release your funds. It can take an additional 2 hours for those funds to be deposited into your bank account.

Anyone else had this?

Yes, i've just had this. Took just over 24 hours to appear in my account.

Yes. I've had this too-I received it the next day.

Same here.
I am having some problems with paypal withdrawals though as I always empty my account at the end of the day and the last 2 days I get the message saying that my settlement withdrawal has not been successful
"Unfortunately, it was not successful because your 09/24/2012 end-of-day balance was more than your balance at the time PayPal attempted withdrawal"
And I have had some wire transfers to my bank account which i did not make - I phoned Paypal and they were completely useless so I am still trying to sort it out!

I get this 8 out of 10 times I do a transfer. What does worry me it is now seems to take gradually longer to clear, now 25-26 hours.

This is an issue that is affecting everyone I think, maybe it will settle down in time. The whole process is fairly new & still not been rolled out to every paypal user.
