Just to let you know if you have not received your mailing yet.
Going forward Natwest / RBS customers will only receive a paper statement every 3 months unless you tell them otherwise.

RBS letter arrived today. I have complained - The default should be leave as it is unless I tell you. RBS are saving money from this so why shouldn't we get an incentive for going paperless. Eg: My ISP pays me nearly £2 a month for going paperless. BTW I have informed the financial ombudsman0

Pointless. You have to complain via the bank first and allow them to respond to your complaint.0 -

Does your ISP pay you or give you a discount off your bill? If you have a fee free bank account you can't get a discount off your account like you would a bill.0 -

Natwest & RBS brands always jump at the same time ulster bank are always left well behind when RBSG are concerned.
