Express Insurance - are they taking the pee?

Got my insurance renewal letter through today and it's gone up, despite not having any claims in the past year. They are quoting me, for a Corsa 1.0 £843
Went onto comparethemarket and did a quick search. The SAME company are quoting £247!!!!!
Unfortunately their opening hours are 9-5.30 so a call to them tomorrow will be in order methinks...
