Inactive account: credit file mark for Bank account

Evening all, Just joined this wonderful community.

Ordered my equifax credit file and noticed that my Barclays bank account credit history is showing: (ZZZ) Inactive account for some of the months and greens for some of the months.

As i have afew bank accounts i only use Barclays if and when i need to, taking cash out of ATMs or paying for small items via debit card or paying some money in.

Does this Inactive account marker have any affect on my credit file as opposed to having greens?

Do i need to have a certain number of transactions on my account for it to register as a green?

Any info appreciated.
Thanks
