Seat moved due to admin error

I bought and paid for my tickets in December last year and have just received an email from gigsandtours advising me that due to an administrative error, I bought the wrong tickets! I have now been moved from the front circle to the gallery. I have written an email to complain, can anyone advise me where I stand here.

Have you any documentation confirming that you bought front circle tickets?

As to where you stand... hopefully you will still be able to be seated.

Yes, I do have written confirmation that I had purchased seats in the front circle. Any ideas? They offered to refund my tickets but, I purchased them on 21 December and have waited such a long time to see this concert that I did not want a refund. From what i have heard regarding the seats, I will need binoculars and a parachute they are so high and far from the stage.
