Damaged Item

I received an item a week ago and left positive feedback. I did not get to use the item until yesterday when I noticed there was a hole in it. I contacted the seller and was told that it was fine when it was sent, and since I had had it a week and left feedback, she would not be refunding. Is it worth me opening a SNAD case or would I not win since I left feedback?
Thanks

  • Feedback has nothing to do with disputes. If you feel you won't get anywhere with the seller, then yes open a dispute.

You will have to send the item back, tracked at your expense, but you will get all your original payment back.
  • Thank you. Have opened a dispute. Seller advised that as she did not accept returns then there was nothing she was prepared to do.
  • Escalate it as soon as you can. Don't get into too much to-ing and fro-ing, just state the facts and ask for a refund.
