how to deal with 'buy-it-now' request?

I have just started selling a few things on Ebay and all is going quite well. Obviously I am quite an amateur though!

Had one item (a DVD boxset) for sale with auction due to finish Sunday. Starting price £1.99 plus p+p though I would expect to get at least £5. It has 9 watchers, but no bids yet.

Now someone has messaged me asking if I'd accept a buy-it-now price of £7 plus p+p from them. I'd be quite happy to accept this, but as I do not have a buy-it-now price listed, am I able to and how?

And if I am able to do this, is it a good idea?
