Hi i'm not sure if this is the right board but i could not think were else to post this question.
I need to convert the dimensions of my box into cubic metre's can anybody help and also tell me how its done please?
The box is: 47.5cm (length) 22cm (width) 16cm (depth) and each box weighs 7kg but what is this in cubic metres please?
And how do i work it out so i can do it myself in the future with different size and weight boxes?
Thanks

it's 0.01672 cubic metres, you find it out buy converting each length to metres (47.5cm is 0.475m, 22cm is 0.22m, ect.) and then you just multiply them all together to get the cubic measurement.0

Convert each dimension to metres and multiply together.
0.475 x 0.22 x 0.16 = 0.01672 m3I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. Volume = 47.5 x 22 x 16 = 16720 cubic cms
Then divide by 1000000 (= 100 x 100 x 100) to convert to cubic metres.
So in this case = 0.01672 cubic metres.
