Need some direction here please. I have been asked to produce a letter by my lender for a rental valuation of my property so they can put that against my mortgage application for income purposes.
Can someone please let me know who I can use that is ARLA and cheap? I called a local agent and they charge £100 plus VAT for this letter. Can anyone guide me on how I can get this done cheaper?

I don't see any option but to call a local agent...
Is £120 that high?0 -
I don't know what high or low is for this hence the question. £120 is £120 to answer your question.0

Ring more local letting agents. Check the ARLA website.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

I't pretty obvious really. Either shop around for a cheaper quote or negotiate the fee with the agent. If you indicate you are likely to use other services of theirs (tenant-find, lettings management etc) they may be more willing to discount the fee.0
