How to get council tax estimate for a new property I am interested in

I am trying to get an estimate on what the council tax is likely going to be for a new property in Croydon. Is there any way to find that out online or would it be a phone call to the council?

If it's a big builder they probably use/re-use the same designs. Can you find another one that looks like yours, in the same area, by the same developer - then you can look up (online) how much theirs is, once you know the postcode.0
