Im off to Crete shortly and made a purchase through the Change Group online from a moneysavingexpert search.
Please be aware that the Postal insurance is PRE SELECTED and you have to opt out by unticking the BOX.
The tick is not as prominent as the one above for free economy delivery so you can easily miss this.
I am assuming such practice of pre selecting extras for a purchase but dont really know the legal side.
The Insurance is not cheap @ £7.99 so is really worth mentioning as on a small purchase this is especially expensive and makes the actual rate plummit when calculating into the total purchase.
The Change Group answered my quiery on this and stated the Insurance is preselected and you have to untick the shaded box as this is usually the prefered choice of customers.0
